Handling of Personal Information

Privacy Policy


1. The Company’s basic approach to the handling of personal information

The Company recognizes the importance of personal information and strives to appropriately manage and protect personal information while observing laws and regulations relating to personal information, including the Personal Information Protection Act. To this end, we have established the Personal Information Protection Regulations, and ensure all employees are aware of the importance of protecting and handling methods for personal information in maintaining and implementing appropriate and adequate security management measures.


2. Personal information retained by the Company

We will register your personal information, such as address, name, and telephone number, obtained through our sales, marketing, and recruitment activities into our personal information database.


3. Use of personal information

  1. The information will be used to fulfill the contract with the customer and manage the contract.
  2. The information will be used to provide products and services to customers.
  3. The information will be used to provide customers with information on new products and services. Use of information for this purpose will be promptly discontinued upon request from the customer.
  4. The information will be used to respond to customer inquiries.
  5. The information will be used to respond to customer opinions and requests.
    *For uses other than those mentioned above, the Company will always clearly indicate the purpose of use and provide contact information for inquiries at the time of acquiring personal information. The Company will never use the acquired personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use specified.

4. Handling and purpose of use of personal information in human resources recruitment

During personnel recruiting, the Company requests applicants to submit personal information such as resumes and career histories. Such personal information will be used only by the Company for making hiring decisions. Please note that personal information such as resumes and CVs will be appropriately disposed of if the applicant is not hired for the job.


5. Disclosure to third parties, outsourcing of work to outside parties

In general, personal information held by the Company will not be disclosed or provided to third parties other than affiliated group companies, except in the following cases.

  1. When the person in question providing the personal information has given their consent.
  2. When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of the person providing the personal information or another third party, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
  3. When disclosure of personal information is requested due to legal orders, etc.

The Company may outsource the handling of some personal information in its possession to external companies for reasons such as to facilitate the operation of our business (for the purpose of providing information on new products and services, such as when outsourcing direct mailing operations). In that case, the Company will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to the subcontractor.


6. Policy on Google Analytics

Fuji Nihon Corporation uses Google Analytics for the following purposes.

  1. To examine the number of users and traffic on its site.
  2. To improve services, information disclosure, etc.

7. Security measures

  1. The Company will take necessary corrective measures in addition to appropriate and proper security management measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, and leakage of personal information (data) it possesses.
  2. The Company conducts appropriate training for its employees on the protection of personal information.

8. Contact desk for complaints concerning personal information, procedures for requests for disclosure, etc.

The person subject of the personal information can submit inquiries, complaints, or requests for consultation regarding the handling of their personal information maintained by the Company.
