The Company has established the following Disclosure Policy in order to disclose fair, prompt and accurate information to shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders.


Basic Policy

The Company strives to disclose information in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the rules concerning the timely disclosure of corporate information (“Timely Disclosure Rules”) stipulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Even if information does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Rules, etc., the Company will actively and fairly disclose important information that it believes will help stakeholders, including shareholders and investors.


Method of Disclosure

The disclosure of information in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules will be made on the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and will also be posted on the Company’s website.
In addition to posting on its website, the Company will disclose important information that does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Rules in a timely and appropriate manner through press releases and other means.


Quiet Period

In order to prevent the divulgation of financial information and ensure fairness, the Company designates the period from the day after the fiscal year end to the announcement of financial results as a quiet period.
During the quiet period, the Company will refrain from responding to interviews or commenting on business performance and financial results.
